Single-Tier Rewards Defined

Single-Tier Reward Programs are the most popular reward program we offer. Every business has different needs and requirements, and after researching our programs, you may find a Single-Tier Program to fit your needs.

Single-Tier Reward Programs have one level of rewards. Meaning, there is one point bracket level and one set of points. This level of rewards defines a contact list. The contact list members can receive bonus point offers and earn bonus point actions.

These bonus points add to the customer’s redeemable points. These points accumulate and redeem reward point goals. There can be one reward point goal or multiple reward point goals.

Continue Point Count (CPC)

If there are multiple reward point goals, you have the ability to use a continued point count or subtract point count rule structure. A continued point count rule has multiple goals, and when each reward point goals reached an offers triggered (sent to the customer). When the offers redeemed, the point count continues until the next reward point goal.

When the last reward point goals reached, defined as an ‘end series offer’, the reward offer triggers as normal, and when the customer redeems the offer the point count subtracts from the customer’s total redeemable points. This subtraction lowers the point count allowing the member to continually cycle through the rewards point goals.

Subtract Point Count (SPC)

The alternative to continued point count is the subtract point count structure. Subtract point count subtracts redeemable points for each offer gained. A subtract point reward program rule acts as an ‘end series offer’ (as found in CPC description), for each reward offer.

This rule allows a reward program to have increasing valued rewards per point goal level. The member can save points to purchase larger gifts.

The single rewards program and continued point count rule are the most popular program group.
