Exporting Reward Program Data
All customer reward program data is business owner-controlled and can be exported at any time. Exporting is available via CSV. Data can externally be managed and reimported to overwrite existing data.
Exporting Data Statistics
Reward program statistics can be exported via CSV. Data may require editing and re-importing back into the software. When re-importing customer data, it can overwrite existing data, update existing data, or ignore existing data.
Custom business surveys can also be exported. Although they can be viewed one by one, you may want to export them for faster analysis purposes. Custom surveys can also be edited inside of the software.
One of the greatest features of RoboRewards is you own all data. We never hinder you from accessing your customer data. Customer data can be directly exported with the click of a button. However, if anything seems complicated you can always contact customer support
