Scalable Secure Rewards Program
A cloud secure rewards program means RoboRewards servers are hosted off-site, in the cloud, and are HTTPS secure. All files and databases are in the cloud and backed up.
We host our servers at Amazon, one of the top-rated server providers in the world. And if you know anything about Amazon, they’ve been providing servers to the public since 2006 and provide cloud computing capacity quickly and efficiently. With Amazon Web Services on our side, we can scale any reward program to tens of millions of members.
Being our servers are in the cloud; we can readily scale our requirements, so database limits are never an issue. We back up our databases to AWS S3 buckets outside of the server instance environments, so data loss is never an issue.
The rewards program software hosts on a secure URL, so your customer data is always protected. Size is never an issue! No matter how large your reward program grows or how many clients we support, we have the freedom to scale our servers indefinitely.
With these tools, you can have peace of mind knowing that your customer database and reward program will always be secure. And also note, if data loss is ever a question, you have the right to download your customer database, at any time, FREE of charge. If you don’t want to download data, you can also automate the process via API.
The download is in CSV format and can upload to any competitor’s reward program that allows CSV importing (which most should). We take the risk out of you joining our team. Our goal is to build a long term, risk-free, standing business relationship with you!
