Program Type: VIP Rewards
A little more detail for all you tech guys…we love you…you get it!
VIP Reward Programs Defined
Our VIP Reward Programs offer excellent reward program flexibility. Paid reward programs (memberships) bring substantial (extra) revenue to the business as each customer “pays” to become a VIP member. VIP members receive special treatment and bonus points.
A VIP reward program has the same subtract point count and continue point count features as a single rewards program. A VIP reward program follows all single level reward program rules and functionality; however, a VIP reward program has two contact lists, levels, or tiers (all terms can be used interchangeably).
The first contact list is a classic single level rewards program. The second contact lists the paid VIP reward program.
The VIP reward program gives members added bonus points per each purchase (if desired). The paid VIP reward program can have various levels. Additionally, there is an expiration date per each VIP level.
When the expiration dates reached, and the member has not re-subscribed, the member will automatically be moved to the single level reward program or standard level (Non-VIP).
Not only can you give bonus points on each level, but VIP programs can also offer special treatment inside the business. For instance, a restaurant hostess can look up a member and immediately see their VIP status. At this point, the hostess could offer no waiting and a VIP table.
