Do You Need Scheduling Features?
Reservation and appointment scheduling can save your business thousands of dollars each month. There are two different uses for appointment scheduling or reservation scheduling.

Whenever a customer enters their account profile they have the option to request a reservation if reward program rules allow. You have the freedom to turn on or off this feature. When requested, the software will send reservation details via email to any business notification email chosen.
Thereafter, the reservation can be confirmed with a follow-up email or phone call.
The second method is for medical professionals or service-based businesses, i.e. automotive services or veterinary services. The software allows appointment creation and the attachment of an unlimited number of reminder triggers i.e. 1 weeks before, 2 days before, 2 hours prior. Automated appointment scheduling frees your employees from making tedious phone calls and allows them to spend time on more productive activities.
The software will send an email or SMS message depending on customers profile media preferences.
