RoboRewards creates custom loyalty programs. Each loyalty program created is custom-tailored to your business needs. The first step is choosing the type of program that meets your business needs. If you’re a smaller business or casino Café that wants to reward visits to your business, a Visit-Based Loyalty Program may work for you. If your business wishes to reward points for currency spent, a Single-Tier Program may be best. If you’re a bigger business with big spenders, a Multi-Tier Program can incentivize spenders to spend even more to reach higher tiers. If you require a membership program or wish to promote a VIP Club with special perks and offers, a VIP Program might be best.

Loyalty Program Add-Ons

Each loyalty program above has program add-ons that may be of value to your business. Cashback Rewards can add to most programs to give members a tangible cashback experience as many credit card companies offer. This program is typically beneficial for bigger spender type businesses or credit card companies. Pending Transactions are beneficial if Uploading Receipts or you wish to validate each transaction manually. You may choose to integrate Uploading Receipts with your POS and allow customers to handle the transaction process automatically. If you wish to dropship in-house rewards, the Shipping Rewards module is a great add-on.

For each program, you choose loyalty program rules and dollar point values. Dynamic offers, Email/SMS/PUSH campaigns, automation triggers, and surveys are custom specific to your business.
