No. You do not need a Point of Sale to use RoboRewards. Being that RoboRewards is web-based, you can use any media connected to the internet that has a web browser. Posting transactions are fast. You may choose not to integrate with your POS if you have one. Learn more here.
Yes, RoboRewards can integrate with any POS or Billing System. Our API is universal and uses the same communication code as Google Maps. The process entails contacting your POS and asking if they will allow us to integrate. If your POS company allows integration, they will request specific documentation.
