Interactive Customer Profile
Interactive customer profiles allow reward program interaction with the customer. Being the case, the customer can see their profile via a member login page or access their account profile directly from email communication. Additionally, login pages can be hyperlinked on your website. Each interactive reward program customer profile has the following options to display:
- View My Offers
- Reward Point Goals
- Social Share
- Leaderboard
- Locations
- Update My Profile
- Request Reservation or Appointment
- Earn Bonus Points
- Call Us
- Visit Our Web Site
- Transaction History
- Change Password
Profile Benefits
Interactive customer profiles keep your customers engaged. When customers feel as they are part of something, user interaction increases, and ultimately sales increase.
View My Offers
The view my offers link shows available offers the customer has earned. In addition, any offer attached to a broadcast campaign will appear available inside of the customer’s profile. When the link’s clicked, it displays a printable coupon with a dynamic expiration date. Depending on how you manage your reward program, printing the offer is not required. However, some businesses prefer to require printing the offer.
Another option, businesses may choose to allow members to redeem offers. If allowing member’s to redeem offers, they can redeem the offer in the business via a tablet or on their mobile device if access is given. As you can see, the redeeming offers features are quite versatile.
Reward Point Goals
The Reward point goals link displays little snippets advertising each reward point goal offer. Once the point numbers reached, the reward point goal will trigger a broadcast email or SMS to the customer. In addition, when triggered the offer will now display available in the View My Offers link.
Update My Profile
The update my profile link allows the customer to view all account information. The customer can update anything in their profile, including name, address, password, any custom field, media preference (SMS or Email), and more…
Reservations & Appointments
The Request Reservation or appointment feature allows the customer to make an appointment or reservation request. If a request is made, an email or SMS broadcasts send to the business notification manager. Once received, the notification manager can open dialogue with the customer and accept if the date is available.
Once the date’s confirmed, an automation trigger can broadcast email/SMS notifications prior to the event at specified time intervals. This feature can be turned On or Off. As you can imagine, this automation feature dramatically increases appointment/reservation ratios.
Earned Bonus Points
Each reward program customer can refer friends for bonus points. Referring to friends, allows your reward marketing customer list to grow virally. When a friend’s referred, and the new member (friend) makes their first transaction, the referrer receives bonus points predetermined in the reward program setup phase.
